At Peak to Sea Pilates you get one on one personalized training for what your body needs. Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition of the whole body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean and strong muscle. The barre is used for helping with balance and strength on smaller muscle areas. Yoga is a great balance to Pilates and helps to increase flexibility and  calming the mind and body at the end of a great Pilates workout.

About Caitlin

Over the last 20 years Caitlin has applied her love for helping people through working in the health and wellness field. She takes a whole body approach ensuring her clients feel beautiful from the inside out. Caitlin graduated from Portland State University in 2012 with a BS in Physical Activity/ Exercise Science and continues education in all realms of fitness, yoga, health and wellness. When Caitlin isn’t in the studio, she can be found nurturing her passion for the outdoors, always seeking out adventure or playing in her garden.
